Kari Birdseye

Kari is an Emmy-award winning news producer with more than 20 years of television and documentary production experience.  As Executive Producer at CNN, she developed and produced a documentary on racism around the world as well as the highly-rated Weekend Morning Magazine. She earned an Emmy for CNN’s coverage of the Olympic Park bombing in 1996.  She has worked in local news and recently co-wrote and produced “America’s Wine: The Legacy of Prohibition” which garnered several film festival awards.  With her Master of Science in Environmental Management, she hopes to help save the world but in the meantime she enjoys working on MoneyTrack because she believes in smart television audiences who like a little fun with their programming.
